We are seeking a senior finance leader to lead financial strategy, governance, and performance across a multi-country financial services organization. This role oversees finance, credit risk, and portfolio performance, partnering closely with executive leadership and the Board to support disciplined growth and scalable lending operations
Objectives

Establish a strong financial foundation, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and disciplined risk management

Enable scalable growth by optimizing lending performance, portfolio quality, and capital allocation
- Provide clear financial insight and governance, supporting executive and Board-level decision-making

Develop and lead a high-performing regional finance and risk function

Requirements
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in financial services or fintech
- Fintech experience is required, ideally within lending or digital financial products
- Strong expertise in finance, credit risk, and portfolio performance
- Experience leading or implementing core financial and lending systems (ERP, CRM, lending platforms)
- Education in Finance, Accounting or related field
- C1-level English and ability to operate across regional teams
