We are looking for a senior leader to oversee finance, credit risk, and performance across a growing, multi-country financial services organization. This role reports to the CEO and partners closely with regional teams and the Board to support scalable, well-governed growth, including the effective use of systems and technology to strengthen lending performance and customer experience.

Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in financial services or micro-lending in a regional/multi-country environment
- Strong finance and credit risk expertise
- Executive leadership and stakeholder management
- Education in Finance, Accounting or related field
